What is an umbilical cord clamp?

The clamp that is used for the umbilical cord is known as umbilical cord clamp. It is a medical device which is used to lock the umbilical cord after childbirth.

The umbilical cord clamp almost stays within a week after the childbirth.The clamp can be removed when the cord is completely dry.
